This compilation is a brainwave entrainment cd based on the Schumann Resonance.  Entrainment basically means synchronization.  The Schumann Resonance is created in the earth’s atmosphere as electromagnetic waves bounce back and forth vertically between the earth’s surface and the ionosphere.  As these waves converge, they interfere with each other generating a unified specific sound frequency at exactly 7.83 Hz or cycles per second.  This tone has been the song of Mother Earth for millennia.
